TURKEY SOUP


The leftover carcass from Christmas was turned into a rich gamey soup. I added carrots, 8 whole onions, a whole potato, and cabbage leaves. Inside the freezer were the bones from 2 roast chickens, so these went into the soup too. Aromatics were whole white peppercorns & bay leaves. Boil everything in a large vat for 4 to 5 hours. Yummy..... Can you smell it from here?
