Grav Lax - Part II

After the inspection, I re-wrapped the fillets into fresh clean plastic bags, poked little holes in the bag and sat them on some crushed foil in a plastic container. The plastic bag was to prevent it from drying out and the holes to allow any excess water to drain onto the crushed foil.

Here they are, just before being placed into the fridge again.



Here is a box of smoked salmon which Mum bought from Vancouver, which Wm carried from HK.



I can't wait to open it for a taste, together with the grav lax - time for another get-together, people!
