All you need is half a pack of meehoon (soaked in cold water for a while/drained), a small tin of sardines, shredded cabbage and carrots, garlic, shallots, oyster & light soy sauce, pepper and tomato sauce.
Fry garlic and shallots till fragrant, add sardines, chop them up in the wok, add meehoon, the sauces, and the vegetables. Fry till everything is well mixed. Add some water to the tin of sardines to rinse out the last bit of sauce and pour into wok. Continue frying and top with egg.
Here we go - EAT!
My lunch - with a dollop of chilli oil on top.
