Ok, I've embarked on yet another diet in order to squeeze into a little frock next week. This was my dinner - steamed ladies fingers - very healthy, very light meal, and perfect after attending a beginner's yoga class at Nora's. (I waited an hour after the class to have my dinner). I made a dip of light soy, minced garlic and chilli padi to go with my meal.

Ladies Fingers are called Okras. You can use them to make very tasty pickled ladies fingers. forgot where I put that recipe. will post when i find them.
