Non-halal post.
Pork kebabs with honey mustard dressing.

Cut meat into smallish cubes. Make dressing with grainy mustard, parsley, mixed herbs, garlic, soy sauce, salt & black pepper, honey & olive oil. Marinate meat for half an hour. Thread onto wooden skewers (soak in water for an hour or so beforehand). Alternate meat with red onions and capsicums. Put in fridge till needed.


BBQ - about 7 minutes each side - baste with remaining marinate. Here's Hazel keeping a watchful eye on the small barbie while I manned the big one.


Serve piping hot.
