hey. i was browsing through your blog this morning and came across the recipe for Claypot chicken rice. I had a little bit of chicken left in the fridge so i thought why not?? hahaha.

I however, don't have a claypot to cook the rice in so i improvised using a smaller 'kuali'. The rice is cooking as we speak, and i had a taste of the chicken that i cooked earlier ...OH NYAMAN!!! hahahaha. can't wait for the rice to masak. if it goes well, i might head down to china town and get myself a claypot once my allowance is in. never knew claypot chicken was this easy to make! haha kalau inda lama sudah ku bejual.

haha. btw. your post on the crispy fried chicken and bbq chicken atu..do u happen to have the recipe for both? im a fan of fried chicken / CHICKEN ITSELF and i love trying new recipes for fried chicken!! haha please tell me u have them please please please!

Hello Pynk!! Hope you managed to get some pics. Claypots are so cheap in Brunei so if you can wait, buy it when you come home. Let me have your email add and I will send you the recipes for the other chicken dishes. Have fun. E.
