The pork.

Our first attempt at bbq-ing pork. A strip of belly was marinated in oyster & light soy sauce, pepper, 5 spice powder, s & p. Garlic & shallots were added for extra flavour and lime to tenderise the meat.

It turned out pretty good - I sliced the meat into thin slices before serving, and I must have forgotten to take pics as there is not a single cooked pic on my card.
