6 hours of food (9.30 am to 3.30 pm)

Breakfast - 9.30 am - Fruits, Orange Juice & the Borneo Bulletin



Snack - 10.55 am - Orange Juice & Assorted Nuts


Lunch - 11.30 am - Appetiser - Sesame Coated Prawn with Thai Mango Salad, Selection of Bread Rolls & Garlic Bread. Dessert - German Cheesecake Meringue.


Main Course - Grilled Chicken Breast with Creamy Mushroom Sauce, Roast Potatoes, Buttered Asparagus and Courgette Ratatouille



Snack - 2.00 pm - No. 1 - Fried Wantan with Spicy Chilli Sauce in the gold foil pack and a sandwich (There was quite an enormous selection of food here - noodles, Shepherd's Pie, Chicken Rice, Salad Bar, Cheese Bar, biscuits, soup and more). 2 glasses of wine & sparkling water


No.2 - Spring Rolls, Fried Wantan & Cheng T'ng (a kind of sweet tea dessert)

No.3 - Haagen Dazs Strawberry Ice Cream (does anybody remember the days when we can buy HD ice-cream in Yaohan at Seri Complex? - I remember demolishing them by the tubs when I was carrying Mark).

Snack - 3.30 pm - Seafood Sandwich - hey, this was pretty good! The seafood salad was fresh and didn't smell fishy at all, lovely little shrimps & small chunks of fish coated in creamy mayonnaise with very very little chopped onion.

There was a tiny little tub of dressing which tastes of oranges & lemons.



p.s. ok, ok, please do not panic, I didn't eat EVERYTHING you see in these pics - I nibbled a bitty here, and a bitty there but said yes to everything put before me for the sake of posting up pics on my blog! hehe

p.p.s. I love looking at food served on aeroplanes, meat/rice/noodles, etc, cramped into little dinky doll's house servingware with miniature cutlery and glasses - so cute.
