Thank you, Mr & Mrs Reeda for inviting me to your beautiful home, and for the fabulous meal you cooked. It was a pleasure to meet your very well-behaved and polite children, a credit to both of you.
Look what we had:
Spinach Fettucine with Sauteed Mushrooms, Huge Tiger Prawns and Grilled Peppers
Baked Sea Bass with a light cream sauce with olives & basil - the basil worked well with the seabass fillets which were done perfectly with no hint of dryness.
Prawn Fritters
Rich Dark Chocolate Cake
Coffee/Tea
It was pure bliss to sit down, eat, unwind, and enjoy the company and conversation of my fellow guests. A perfect end to an extremely stressful day which involved hunting through dark classrooms for a lost pencil case AND driving into a puddle of WET cement AND almost washing my earrings into the sink AND getting lost in Gadong, before arriving at yours.
p.s So please forgive me if I appeared slightly highly-strung tonight :P (slightly highly - is there such a word?)

It was great having you E. Thank you so much for coming despite your hectic schedule and maintaining a wonderful smile despite the agonizing day you must've had!
p.s. you did not appear anywhere near highly strung! Heheh!
R, superb dinner and company. I was a different person when I left your home last night. Thank you for your hospitality. E.
