When I saw TFP's post on the lovely turkey thigh roast she had last Christmas, I just had to write and ask where she bought it from. She sent me this link and I sent it to UR, whose mate, K, travels between Perth and Brunei.

And look, look, see what turned up at my door today! yeah, thanks UR & K. I can't wait to cook this.
