I can't remember what occasion this was but there were roasted chicken parts, creamy mushroom sauce, roast potatoes & pumpkins at my place.....

wahhhh! the mushroom sauce looks good. is it made from scratch?? if it is show us the recipe! delicious!

yes it is! Just add a bit of water to the pan drippings and scrap well after you finish roasting and have removed the chicken from the roasting tin. Pour everything into a small saucepan. Add sliced fresh white mushrooms and a bit more water and flavour with black pepper, parsley & thyme and let it come to a boil. Add a tablespoon or so of chicken bisto if you like. Add cream and simmer very gently. Do not let it boil otherwise the sauce will separate. That's all there is to it.
