Thursday, 4th May 2006

Tonight we had grilled lamb chops, panfried tenderloin and ribeye steak, roast potatoes & cauliflower cheese. The pics of the plated meat did not look good - in fact they look bone dry so I'm not posting them. But here are some pics of the accompaniments.

H was told that the Cauliflower Cheese was 'mashed potato' and she ate some. Mark discovered a liking for CC!




Roast Potatoes (thin onion strips, garlic, parsley, flavoured breadcrumbs & s/p, butter & olive oil)



Cheese Sauce (basic white sauce, organic veg stock, grainy mustard, parsley, seasoning & cheese). I thinned the sauce down with some milk after this pic was taken.



Cauliflower Cheese (lightly blanched cauliflower florets, doused with cheese sauce, lathered with extra cheese topping and finally, covered with flavoured breadcrumbs)
