Chicken with Chinese Red Wine & Ginger



It was soooo spicy as I think I overdid it with the ginger. I used almost 2 bottles of wine with a kilo of chicken and almost a kilo of ginger. The wine was s-t-r-o-n-g, but sweet and alcoholicky.

We were all warm and toasty with all that ginger & wine inside us yesterday evening. Was all tucked up in bed, fast asleep by 10 pm last night.
