Had lunch with Wm at PM. Noodles, perfect for those looking for a carbo fix.

I had thick egg noodles with roast pork, prawn balls & lots of beansprouts and blackpepper. Wm 'food-styled' my noodles by fishing out all the prawns and putting them on top of the noodles before I took the pic.

Wm had 'wan tan ho' ( your favourite, Sil ), which is broad rice noodles (kway teow) with beef with vegetables and rawish egg. The egg will soon cook completely in the heat of the noodles. You can't really see the kway teow but they were extremely 'woky' which to us mean 'fried vigorously over high heat in a well-seasoned wok'.

Your egg noodle dish looks great! Haha, I try to food-style my meals too to make the best photo.
