We had sardine meehoon for dinner. It sounds horribly fishy but surprisingly, it's not. Just fry meehoon (soaked in cold water) with garlic, shallots, a large can of minced sardine, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, light soy, pepper and shredded carrots and cabbage. Top with egg omelette. Its yummy served with chilli oil. An easy, quick and simple, but delicious all in one meal.
