Diet - Day 6

Day 6 - Sunday, 17th September

Breakfast - High Fibre Cereal with soy milk and 2 bananas
Lunch - One small ham sandwich & 1 SD mini chicken pie
Tea - Soto at Sweet & Savoury (YUMEEEEEEEEEEE!)
Dinner - Handful of Peanuts
Exercise - Nil
