P's birthday dinner.

Deep Fried Calamari in Crunchy Batter






Calamari with super crunchy batter - the first batch. I made special effort to ensure that the batter was evenly coated on the rings and the hole was maintained and in the process, almost fried my own finger.

Available from the restaurant in Gadong for $6 for 8 pieces, available at home for $6 for the entire plate!
