Fattening up my kids. Another steak dinner. Like the grid marks? Easy, heat pan till very hot, add light drizzle of olive oil. Add steak and leave it for 2 minutes, rotate slightly, and tadaa - grid marks when you turn the steak over. (Ribeye - medium done).



Hazel's plate. I made some sauteed potatoes with sliced onions and Hazel ate the onions as well - an absolute first. I think the diced bacon slices added the extra touch to the potatoes.
