Sun, 29th October 2006

I've not done a simple home cooking post for a while. This was dinner at Wm's - she made a vat of soup, steamed some chopped up chicken (marinated in light soy, chinese wine, ginger, salt, pepper, cornstarch, sugar& sesame oil, she added some dried black mushrooms and wolfberries) and fried some spinach. I brought some salmon, which we quick cooked in the microwave. Altogether, a light, easy, home Cantonese meal.
