I finally made it to Rossmini's soto in Gadong with J for lunch today. I had a kasturi ping and soto special. It was good, very good, but I prefer the soto at S & S, as I prefer my soups to be clear and Rossmini's soup is cloudy. But still delicious, nonetheless.

The fried egg in the soup was a nice touch! And wow, their chilli paste is amazing.... We had extra fried chicken and this was quite tasty with a simple salt & turmeric marinade and deepfried without batter.



Cold and refreshing kasturi ping or lime juice with ice.
